Interconnection · National + International

Reach is built
on real wires.

Chadeva México interconnects directly with the national operators of Mexico through bilateral SS7/MAP agreements under the LFTR Article 127 mandatory-interconnection regime, and with the major international hubs through the GSMA AA.19 framework.

National — Mexico 🇲🇽

Bilateral interconnection with every Mexican MNO.

Direct voice and SMS bilateral agreements with the three operators that hold mobile infrastructure in Mexico. The interconnection happens at the Mexican exchange, not through a foreign hub.

International — AA.19

The GSMA standard,
with the partners that matter.

For traffic that originates or terminates outside Mexico and Spain, Chadeva operates under the GSMA AA.19 Standard International Roaming and Interconnect Agreement for SMS — the framework that governs how mobile operators exchange messaging traffic across borders.

The international wholesale market already treats Chadeva as a peer to the traditional MNOs. The regulator is catching up.

What this means for integrators

Cleaner routes. Better deliverability.
Auditable trail.

01 / Latency

Fewer hops

Direct bilateral interconnection means SMS and voice traffic doesn't traverse three or four intermediaries on its way to the destination. Latency is lower, delivery is faster, and the trail is auditable end to end.

02 / Compliance

Full traceability

Every message and every call generates a Call Detail Record on the Chadeva platform. Audit trail available for the integrator and for the regulator. Compliant with LFTR, NOM-184-SCFI and REPEP.

03 / Margins

Healthier economics

The fewer intermediaries between the originator and the destination, the more margin remains in the chain for the integrator and the operator. Chadeva passes on the structural benefit of direct interconnection.

Iberoamerican expansion · 2025–2027

Mexico. Spain.
Next: the rest of LATAM.

The Chadeva group is building local-operator presence in the most relevant LATAM markets, with bilateral interconnection at every step. Colombia, Argentina and Chile are on the immediate roadmap.
